Improving the quality of living for those who suffer from physical and mental disabilities, providing aid beyond public healthcare.
Grant Details
The Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) aims to serve a lesser discussed type of marginalized community, recognizing the outstanding difficulty of those managing mental and physical disabilities or impairments, and the financial problems that can arise from needing assistance outside of public-funded healthcare.
We are providing up to $75,000 in funds to be used for any potential assistance, some examples:
- – Medical Bills & Pre-Existing Medical Debt.
- – Accessibility Equipment Wheelchairs, Stair-Lifts, Handrails, etc.
- – Medical Consultation and Appointments Therapy, Optometry, Dental, etc.
- – Impairment Enhancers Screen Readers, Hearing Aids, Tactile Tools, Guide Dogs, etc.
- – Orthopedic Aids Braces, Splints, Crutches, etc.
- – Ergonomic Furniture Standing Desks, Adaptive Seating, etc.
- – Stress Relief Tools Fidget Devices, ANC Headphones, Anxiety Management Apps, etc.
- – Sensory-Friendly Workspace Adaptation.
- – Caregiver Assisted Living.
An additional amount of up to $100,000 may be granted for any accessible vehicle purchases, existing vehicle modification/adaptation or other means of transport. Additionally, in some instances this grant may be issued to an individual more than once, or on a recurring basis; depending on their individual needs and qualified medical advice.
It is our hope that with this grant we can improve the quality of living for those who need it by providing accessibility to otherwise out-of-reach medical aids without causing an abundance of debt. This serves the Fund's named focus on Aid & Relief Provisions.

Qualifying Disabilities:

- - Speech Disorders
- - Chronic Health Conditions
- - Cognitive Disabilities
- - Depression & Anxiety
- - Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- - Bipolar Disorder (BPD)
- - Schizophrenia
- - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- - Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Medical Need:
Recipients must be able to prove their diagnoses through a licensed medical practicioner.
Financial Need:
Recipients must hold less than ~$400,000 in personal assets, and be earning less than $100,000 per annum.
